These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Account Holder") and w111 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at w111.onl and all associated services, features, content, and applications provided by w111.

Access to and use of the w111 platform is conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance occurs automatically when you register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, claim a bonus, or otherwise interact with the w111 platform in any meaningful capacity.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a w111 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w111 login credentials, including your username and password. 4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

4.3 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute filed against a w111 deposit by a Player will result in the immediate suspension of the relevant account pending investigation. w111 reserves the right to recover the full value of any chargeback, including associated fees and any winnings derived from the disputed deposit, by any lawful means available.

• Wagers once confirmed and accepted by the w111 system cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where expressly permitted within specific game rules.
• w111 reserves the right to void any wager placed during a technical malfunction, system error, or evident pricing error. In such cases, the stake placed will be returned to the Player's account.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by w111 at our sole discretion. w111 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets are not accepted from Players who are registered as professional athletes, officials, or employees in any sport or league on which they are attempting to place a wager.

6.2 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided by w111 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled; the odds were evidently incorrect due to a pricing error; the bet was placed after the relevant event or in-play market had already concluded; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

6.3 Cricket & PSL Markets

PSL and international cricket markets on w111 are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the home board of the host nation). In the event of a match being reduced by the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method, w111 will settle markets on the official DLS result.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets placed on w111 are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. A slight delay between live events and the displayed in-play odds is inherent in all live betting systems. w111 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the relevant event outcome was already known or reasonably determinable at the time of placement.

w111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. The following general rules apply to all w111 bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Until applicable wagering requirements are met, bonus funds will be used before real-money funds in all wagering activity, unless specified otherwise in the individual offer terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of all wagers and bonuses, the forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one w111 account under any identity or combination of identities
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or at any other time
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the w111 platform
• Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches, or pricing anomalies in the w111 platform in a systematic or deliberate manner
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on w111
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the w111 platform
• Using the w111 platform to place wagers using funds obtained through illegal means
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit made to your w111 account while retaining any associated winnings
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your w111 account or account credentials to any third party
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of obfuscating your actual geographic location in order to circumvent restrictions

w111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• w111 suspects the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed in connection with the account
• The account holder has been identified as a minor
• The account holder voluntarily requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools
• w111 is required to act by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, w111 reserves the right to withhold any account balance, winnings, or bonus funds pending the outcome of a compliance investigation.
